Altrusent uses AI as one capability within a broader operating model. Reliable facts and repeatable state transitions should be handled by deterministic systems where practical; AI is most valuable for research, synthesis, diagnosis, planning, drafting, discovery, and bounded execution where uncertainty remains.

Human decision rights are retained where consequences, commitments, credentials, money, security, legal obligations, privacy, or other material risks require human authority.

Our operating approach favors bounded delegation, least privilege, evidence and provenance, privacy-aware knowledge use, failure containment, computational stewardship, observable workflows, and management by exception.

When a repeated AI-mediated process becomes stable and well understood, we evaluate whether it should be promoted into deterministic software, rules, tests, schemas, or workflow automation. The objective is not maximum automation; it is useful, trustworthy capability with appropriate human control.
